I am a licensed psychologist with a long-standing commitment to supporting people through periods of complexity and change. I am also a mother and someone deeply shaped by time outdoors, movement, music, and ongoing personal growth - experiences that influence how I notice, reflect, and show up in my work. The images on my website were actually taken during those same moments outdoors and reflect spaces that feel grounding and familiar. My work is grounded in presence, collaboration, and respect for the full human experience, particularly at moments where care and decision-making intersect.
